Kiyone - Kiyone is Mihoshi's poor partner in the Galaxy Police Force. She has to put up with Mihoshi’s crazy antics. She is a First Class officer of the Galaxy Police but unlike Mihoshi she actually deserves the rank. Kiyone is happiest when Mihoshi isn’t around.
She's an intelligent police officer (too bad I can't say the same for Mihoshi) and she usually gets stuck cleaning up after her not so gifted partner.
