Bringing up all his energy from inside Vegeta leaves Cell with one last hit -- the Final Flash! All the while, Trunks struggles to decide whether or not to help his father. Episode 151 - What is the Tournament? Trunks tells the gang about Cell’s tournament. Since it’s a Martial Arts tournament there won’t be any killing so the Z fighters decide to fight. Meanwhile Goku and Gohan are still training in the Time Chamer. Will Goku and Gohan be powerful enough to beat Cell once and for all? Will Cell play by the rules?

Episode 152 - The Doomsday Broadcast Cell takes control of a TV station so that he may be able to announce the tournament worldwide.

Episode 153 - Meet Me in the Ring After the world hears Cell's announcement about the tournament and the destruction of the world the people of Earth look for places where Cell can't find them. Goku and Gohan come out of the time Chamber more powerful than when they went in. Goku decides to have a "early talk" with Cell. When Vegeta, Piccolo, and Trunks decide to go into the Time Chamber Goku and Gohan decide to train in the outside world. Will they be able to get more powerful in only nine days?

Episode 154 - No Worries Here
